All of Sassa's cakes are baked and hand decorated in our own kitchen situated just 5 minutes from Norwich train station. We are a husband and wife team and we're passionate about what we do, we pride ourselves on our good customer service which we believe is reflected in some of the lovely comments customers have left us on our testimonials page.

I have fond memories of baking in my Mum's kitchen as a very young child, and from the age of around ten, I was allowed to have free run of the kitchen to bake whatever I wanted, (I wouldn't recommend this as a parent...my Mum did create herself a lot of cleaning to do!)
Sadly my Mum (whose nickname was Sassa as younger relations couldn't quite manage the name Sandra) passed away early last year. I am keen to keep the family baking tradition going. I have two grown up daughters of my own both of whom know their way around the kitchen very well and I hope will someday join me in the kitchen at Sassa's.
